About Penny Cameron – Property Manager & Director

Penny is the type of property manager sought by most clients, but seldom found. She is knowledgeable, experienced, pays attention to detail and follows up.

She takes pride in getting to know her tenants and landlords, and building a relationship of mutual trust with them. As co- owner of the agency, you know you’ll be dealing with her now and in the years to come. She provides consistently great personalised service and always acts in the best interests of her clients.

Penny’s role is to be the eyes and ears of the landlord, often driving past the properties she manages, just to keep a close eye on things. She also carries out thorough, regular property inspections, which landlords are most welcome to attend.

As a landlord herself, she uses common sense and is conservative with spending client’s money. However, she does have a great team of tradespeople to call on who are reliable, trustworthy and great at what they do.

Penny is a licensed real estate agent with a sound understanding of regulations. She is solution-focused and always available to assist clients in a friendly and approachable manner.
