First Home Buyer Grant

If you are a first home buyer you may be eligible for the Government First Home Buyer Grant of $7,000 towards purchasing your new home. The grant is availalbe when purchasing against either a new build or existing home - please see the link for more details. http://www.osr.nsw.gov.au/lib/doc/factsheets/fs_fhb1.pdf
NOTE: As from 1st January 2012 this grant will be called First Home - New Home grant and we will applicable to new builds only.
